Fork and Taco is now open at 4801 Burnet Rd. next to Noble Sandwich Co. The restaurant, helmed by Uchi veteran Casey Fannin, serves non-traditional tacos like beer-braised brisket and a Thai grouper with cucumber watermelon salsa. Fork and Taco is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
